Booking and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: Guests receive a full refund for cancellations made up to 2 days before arrival. Cancellations within 2 days of arrival or no-shows will be charged the full reservation cost. If the hotel cannot accommodate the confirmed reservation, the Hotel can help by providing an alternate and similar accommodation and is not liable to pay any compensation/damage.

• Group Bookings: Reservations for 3 or more rooms are considered group bookings. These bookings require changes to be made at least 2 days in advance.
• In the event of cancellation of non-cancellable booking (s), the client shall not be refunded the amount paid towards making the reservation(s).
• In case of early checkout, you are liable to pay for the entire confirmed reservation. If not sure of the policy, contact the hotel for clarification
• Early check-in and check-out is available by prior arrangement only i.e. subject to availability and prior intimation & confirmation only.

Refunds: Applicable bank charges may be deducted from refunded amounts.

Non-refundable Periods: Bookings made during long weekends, citywide sold-out dates, and blackout periods (city sold-out dates, festivals, Christmas & New Year's) are non-refundable and non-changeable. Dates between 20th December to 2nd January are considered blackout periods and bookings made under this period are non-refundable.

Child Policy

Complimentary stay for two children upto 5 years of age on room only basis without extra bed.

Extra bed will be charged for children above 5 years.
